Our First Senior Class!
Time passes by so fast, you start out as a freshmen and bam! You’re a senior. ISPA’s class of 2014 is our very first graduating class. This means we have reached a milestone in ISPA history. We hope that these past four years have been the best and most memorable years of their lives. We hope they will apply all the knowledge they have gained out there in the real world, now that they are heading for college and are about to start life on their own.Just like a phoenix, they started from the ashes and have finally spread their wings. This isn’t the end; it’s the beginning of something new.
We are proud of you seniors!

“OH MY GOD, I NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT!"
Nutrition is an essential part of our lives. We need to have a well-balanced diet in order to look and feel our best. But you can’t expect to lead a healthy life if all you eat is junk food. You need to take action. It’s time we all start thinking of what we put into our mouths. It’s understood that we are teens and that we don’t really read any nutritional facts on any foods that we consume. However, it is a necessary step in improving our health. Our Physical Education coach, Mr. Ruiz, is planning to work very hard this year to help us learn about the major role that nutrition plays in our lives.
Exercise is also extremely important in our lives. It helps to prolong the life span of a people. It also improves conditions such as high blood pressure, low blood pressure, and diabetes. So get up from where you are, and start moving!
